Master of Information Technology (Computing and Networking)[Extended]
Overview
|
Description: |
The Master of Information Technology (Extended) is designed for students whose background is not in Information Technology. The course includes four undergraduate bridging subjects in Information Technology to allow students to build the required skill sets in order to complete the Master of Information Technology. The Computing and Networking major bridges both pure computer science and IT application areas covering subjects that include data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networks and security. Students study a core program that provides them with the qualifications needed to significantly enhance their IT career, or gain quality employment within the IT industry at a senior level. In addition, the Computing and Networking major allows students to choose electives from fields that holds an interest for them. Computing and Networking covers core Computer Science subjects such as data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networks and security, project design and languages. |
