Description
This common western bird is occasionally seen on campus foraging on grasses. Usually in groups, they are easily recognised by the noise made by the group and the grey wings, rich pink chest and pale pink crest, tail is grey. Legs and feet grey, eyes dark brown with brownish or grey surrounds, bill white.
