Description
This tree is planted in front of A2 as well as elsewhere on campus. The compound leaves have 2-4 ovate leaflets, which are opposite one another. The flowers have one white petal to 12 mm long, the others are much reduced; stamens 3, filaments red. The pod is flat up to 23 cm long and 4 cm wide. A valuable timber tree, tends to grow close to the beach both in Australia and in neighbouring countries.
