Flexible Remuneration Program

The University offers employees the opportunity to negotiate the structure of their remuneration within their designated total employment cost. Under this arrangement, and at the University's discretion, you may negotiate the provision of non-cash benefits. Benefits that are currently available include; superannuation, motor vehicles, on-campus child care and JCU Bookshop.

Particulars of the Benefits available under the Flexible Remuneration Program including the circumstances and terms in which they are provided are contained in the “Employee Benefits Guide" and "Motor Vehicle Plan" booklets. These are available at the Resources Office.

Whilst the University commends the Program to employees, participation is voluntary.
