Special Collections Request Form

  • The Special Collections Reading Room (Douglas Library) is normally open from 10.00am - 1.00pm (Monday - Friday) during semester.

  • All Special Collections material may be requested and used during these times.

  • The Special Collections Reading Room is closed during the vacations.

  • Theses and North Queensland materials may be requested in advance for use when the Special Collections Reading Room is closed by completing the online Special Collections request form below.

  • Arrangements to view Archives and Rare Books when the Special Collections Reading Room is closed may be made by contacting the Special Collections Librarian or InfoHelp.

  • Items requested online may be collected from the InfoHelp Desk after:

    • 3.30pm (during semester)

    • 11.30am and 3.30pm (during vacation)

    • Online requests received after 3pm on Friday will be available on Monday
