Accept your offer • If you applied through QTAC, respond to QTAC by the due date. • Return your offer acceptance form to JCU by the offer lapse date. |

Lodge your Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) or if you are an international student go to Step 3. The eCAF is essential for: • Commonwealth supported students – you can’t be admitted to your course without it. • Eligible domestic fee paying students who wish to defer their tuition fees. |

Plan your study Download your Course Enrolment Planner and use it to plan your subject choices BEFORE enrolling through eStudent. You also need to check your subject overviews, including details of contact hours, and refer to the JCU subject timetable. |

Check you’re admitted and activate your computer account once you’ve returned your offer acceptance form and submitted your eCAF (if applicable). Allow up to 10 working days for processing. |

Enrolment Use eStudent to: • Confirm your citizenship, cultural and disability details. • Provide address and emergency contact details. • Enrol in all your first year subjects, you can change your subject selection later if you need to. • Check your Current Enrolment is correct. |

Orientation •Start Orientation Online at any time. • Plan to attend O Week and get your Student ID Card. |
